Ways to obtain the correct Utility Data
Depending on your Utility provider, the information will either be on a downloadable spreadsheet, on the actual billing statement itself, or only available by request over the phone.
How to obtain the correct information:
1: Go onto your Utility Provider’s Online Customer Portal and download the last 12 months' 15-Minute Interval Data , if this service is provided by your Utility. We need KW, NOT kWh. Please confirm the correct data before sending it to us.
2: Call your Utility and request the Peak KW Demand for each of the last 12 months.
